Hello everyone,
Today I'm opening reader pledges.
I’m not usually into meta-updates about the project, but this felt important enough to warrant an exception. I’m hopeful that there’s a path to making this newsletter my full-time work in the future, and pledges are a modest but essential step in that direction.
Each week I publish essays about AI, history, science, and culture. Tomorrow I'm adding a second weekly series, AI Histories, about people, trends and moments in the history of AI and the fields that influenced it.
Your pledge will allow me to dedicate more time to research, sharpen my writing, create new formats, and maybe even build a small community around these ideas. Simply put, the project can't grow without you.
I’ve set the ambitious (but achievable!) target of 100 pledges by 31 May. Hitting that figure means I can seriously commit myself to growing this newsletter. More writing, more history, more good times.
If you’re able to, please click the button below and pledge today. It takes two minutes and makes a massively outsized difference to the future of this project.
Thanks for being part of Learning From Examples. I’m excited about building a different kind of AI publication, and I hope you are too.
